Mold stain removal & Remediation

Two Set Procedure

Step 1: RMR-86 (The "Instant" Stain Remover)
This is a powerful sodium hypochlorite-based formula designed to eliminate mold stains on contact.

Action: It penetrates deep into the wood fibers (rafters, floor joists, or sheathing) to dissolve the mold body and lift the dark staining.

Result: Within minutes, the wood looks "like new" again. It is incredibly effective for visual restoration, but it doesn't provide a long-term defense on its own.

Disinfectant and Clean

Step 2: RMR-141 (The Fungicide & Disinfectant)

Once the stains are gone and the surface is dry, you must apply the "defense" layer. RMR-141 is an EPA-registered fungicide/virucide.

Action: This is an "encapsulant-lite" or residual treatment. It kills any remaining spores at the root level and leaves a fungistatic coating on the surface.

Result: It inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, and odors. It creates a chemical environment where mold simply cannot survive, even if moisture levels spike temporarily.
